I was born in Tel Aviv, raised on street smarts and hustle. By 22, I was closing six-figure enterprise deals in London's most competitive sales floors. I learned one thing fast: people who don't know the game get eaten alive.
In 2019, I moved to Medellín. Not for the lifestyle. Not for the views. For the opportunity. While everyone else was posting sunset pictures and talking about "digital nomad paradise," I was building networks, learning the system, and watching foreigners hemorrhage money on preventable mistakes.
I saw the pattern: Smart people. Real capital. Zero local intelligence. Getting destroyed by the Gringo Tax, the Mañana Trap, and Legal Quicksand. Every. Single. Time.
So I became the bridge. The translator. The fixer. I speak both languages. I understand Western expectations and Colombian realities. I know where the bodies are buried because I've helped bury them.
